A valid card will be held on file to secure your appointment. * Appointments requiring a custom hair order, the full hair order payment is required prior to placing the order and securing a date. The remaining balance for your installation and services is due on the day of your appointment. GUESTS & CHILDREN: * To maintain a calm, clean, and focused working environment, we kindly ask that no additional guests or children attend your appointment. HEALTH & SAFETY: * If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. * We reserve the right to refuse or postpone services if you arrive with signs of illness, contagious conditions, open wounds, scalp infections, or any condition that may affect the safety or quality of your service*
